Anonymous asked: your girlfriend saved my life one day when i was really sad.. :/ you are so lucky
I am lucky :/ and thank you
You can always come to her or me o you need anything
Anonymous asked: can you tell me what you want done? surgically i mean.
honestly I do want to get top surgery but thats probably gonna be a few years from now because I want to first get a gnder therapist and start actual testosterone injections but before that I wanna save some of my eggs because I do want to have a biological child there is a lot I have to take into account such as the future. I’m not really educated much on it which is why I would need to see a gender therapist but mostly a doctor who has done top surgery and a doctor that has prescribed T. But to answer your question I do want top surgery but I’m not gonna lie I would be pretty scared I would have to see the risk because no matter how badly I want it if anything bad can happen to me like death i wont get it because I wont and cant leave my girlfriend alone and bottom surgery if a miracle happens and bottom surgery becomes amazing and you can feel and have a relatively nice and long looking penis then yes I would go though with that too but for now I wouldn’t get that what I really want it top surgery but I need to be aware of risk and complications because I would love to not have to wear a shirt or a binder or any of those things.
Anonymous asked: you're going out with br0ken-s3crets!!!?

The Testosterone Diet is designed to be cycled every six weeks or so and it suggests the following sample menu:

Morning Snack: 8 oz. container low-fat fruit yogurt, 1 banana, 1 oz. mixed nuts
Lunch: 4 oz. turkey deli meat, 2 slices whole-wheat bread, 1/2 avocado
Pre-workout Snack: 1 scoop whey protein (in water), 2 slices white bread, 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Post-workout Snack: 1 scoop whey protein (in water), 1/3 cup dextrose or sugar
Dinner: 6 oz. top sirloin steak, 1 cup cooked white rice, 1 cup cooked cauliflower
Evening Snack: 8 oz. cottage cheese, 1 packet cream of wheat (instant), 1 oz. mixed nuts
Totals: 3,369 calories, 197 g protein, 398 g carbs, 111 g fat.
Nutrition is and always will be the most important factor in anything related to bodybuilding. When it comes to raising your levels of testosterone it is no different. First off you must consume a steady flow of calories through the day to keep your testosterone levels elevated.
This means eat…

Not looking forward to this lol. This is the one thing I did not want from transitioning.
This is what I actually want :/
I’m gonna cut my hair the last day of school
I’ve had my binder for a while now and I ordered Tribulus yesterday and it already came in I’m most likely going to have to add other supplements but it’s a start. Lets see how far I get and what happens but I’m pretty happy. I have to start eating good and working out so I can see change :) I really hope I get facial hair :/ I know that’s gonna take a while though
Please let this work :/ Thank you :/
